Subway — Restaurant in Melbourne

The lady serving me didn't seem to care that the sandwich she was making me was breaking into bits as she was wrapping it. Most of the extras looked extremely old. There was an alarm going off the whole time I was ordering, so I could barely even hear them speaking. I asked for a small amount of sauce, and she completely drenched my sandwich with sauce. When I got home the sandwich was completely cold so I had to warm it up in my microwave. They also messed up my order by giving me 2 chocolate chip cookies instead of 2 double choc chip.

Got lunch here the other day. Just your normal subway. Tasted great. Had a very enjoyable lunch. It was quite busy as it was around 1pm. Only thing I will say is a customer came back to ask for a receipt, and all of the staff were interested in her querie. The lady who was putting salad on my sub stopped working and watched to see what happened. It was really weird. She could be trained the staff member that was printing a receipt, but she seemed to be experienced and know what she was doing. Not a big deal, but something I thought to mention. If I am in the area and hungry for subway...

I recently visited Subway Mernda for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make families feel welcome, especially with kids. They offered my kids coloring sheets and crayons while we waited for our food, which kept them entertained and happy.
