Sushi Hub Airport West — Restaurant in Melbourne

I usually don't post messages on here but I just thought I'd point it out because it out because it made me uncomfortable. I just ordered sushi from here, I waited patiently in line until it was my turn to be served. But instead of asking me my order the employee asked if a banana peel that hard been left at the front of the sushi hub was mine, I said no. And then the employee asked me to pick it up. I was so uncomfortable and put on the spot that I did it. But it was not my banana peel and to have been asked to pick it up is wrong. Please...

I don’t even want to give them one start. Firstly, the service is terrible. They are actually rude. I asked for soy sauce as I was leaving and I was holding my food in one hand and a baby in the other while pushing a trolley and the lady very rudely pointed to where the soy sauce was and walked off She didn’t have the decency to give me a few in my bag as she could see I was struggling also the actual food is flavourless. BEST sushi ever. So fresh. And if they have run out of a specific sushi I'm after they will always make it to order. I get edmame soy beans and a salmon pack most days I work in the shopping centre. Great service. Sabrina is soooo nice and friendly!!! You need to make more Sushi hubs in the western suburbs...
