I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. The older Asian lady working there was particularly unpleasant. Despite being Chinese herself, she refused to speak Chinese when I tried to communicate, which felt dismissive and unnecessary. When I politely asked her if we can get a bit of water to pad on the tissue to clean my 3 years old daughter hands, she refused and even went as far as to call me “psycho,” which was completely out of line. Zero stars if I could. Customer service is atrocious.

Bought 4x handrolls during their end of day sale. After paying by card, we asked for a receipt. The young boy who served us turned around to do something on the cash register, maybe to print us a receipt. However the older Asian lady comes running shouting "No receipt! No receipt!", loudly. They refused to even give us a receipt from the efpos machine. We then proceeded to ask for a refund since they refused to give a receipt, this time the older lady shouts even louder, "NO REFUND! NO REFUND" repetitively, ignoring anything we say. Her voice was so loud, people were staring at us.

I ordered 5 Sushi Rolls. As the girl was putting them in the box, I mentioned that I was eating in. So she put the box back and put my 5 rolls in a paper bag. I got to my table, tried getting one out and putting soy sauce on one and realised I really needed a plate or tray to put my 5 rolls on. So I went back and asked for one but was told sorry, they only have the ones meant for Bento boxes. Unbelievably, she was serious and expected me to eat out of the bag.
