Owners have changed. Not owned by japenese so the customer service has dropped drastically over the months. Very rude customer service. We ordered at 10.30am came at 10.25am and they made us wait for ten minutes because they thought it's more important to keep wrapping sushi and let your one and only customer wait. Snappy reply and rude attitude. Waited ten minutes pass the scheduled pick up time even when we are early and no other customers during that time.
She said two minutes to finish wrapping her roll, but when she finished she kept working on the next rolls. Ignoring us. So if they don't want to serve customers might as well not take the order and eat it themselves. Disgusting and poor mannerism.

This particular site needs a ticketing system because there is only ever one cashier dealing with so many customers. Some guy just stood in front of me today and tried to play the no English card even though I was standing behind a slow old couple for 5 minutes, carrying my baby.
