Order ID 850295196. I wish could rate a Zero or a negative score for worst customer service. I made online order and also paid 62.90 Online however when my hubby came for pick up the guy at the service desk asked him to pay second time a higher amount of $63.94. My hubby paid as he thought payment was not made. I immediately called the restuartant and was told that my second payment will be refunded however I was given a run around for almost a week. every time I called was told that owner forgot and the service desk guy is going to follow up. why am I not able to speak to owner directly. I later had to make an online complaint to support team and I was told I will get refund only for the online paid amount 62.90. when I called the restuartant again why I am being refunded wrong amount the service guy told me "oh you are asking about the extra $1, is that important. You have provided me food only for 62.90 but wanted to charge 63.94. if the $1 wasnt so important why cant you refund ? also I ordered Keema naan but they replaced with chicken naan, they had no courtesy to even call and let us know that they are replacing the item. Also many weeks back I ordered 5 butter naan and was given only 4 butter naan. I called the store and they said it was mistake at their end but they were refusing to give me refund instead was forcing me with store credit or to come back and get the naan. by end of day more than taste of food its the experience that will stay with customer. worst restaurant and worst service and will never be there again. We were out for shopping and some work around Palmers Road, Truganina, and were not keen to travel to Point Cook, ith lunch. We were also skeptical about this place due to some previous "not so good" experiences with other food outlets in the vicinity. Nevertheless, with not many options open, and reading the 4.5 ⭐️ rating, we entered T&T. Ambiance is just about satisfactory with not too extravagant upholstery and furniture. This aimple seating with limited space restaurant has a lot of good food to serve. And all at an affordable price.

We had a jug of mango lassi, which was not sweetened with any sugar or artificial sweeteners. It was the pure mango flavour that is usually missing in other lassis.

The Chhole Bhature were amazing, too. Finger-icking good! Were as good as the "once upon a time the best" Chhole Bhature we had a few years ago in a small food outlet on Sayers Road. Alas! That place now a big business has lost its taste. But the Chhole Bhature at Tandoor and Tadka were amazing, though we all felt that the serving quantity of Chhole could be a little more for the two big bhaturas.

Last but not the least, the Aloo Paratha thali. Two big parathas, with the tasty filling spread evenly all over. The raita served along is simple yet so tasty that you want to have more.

Tandoor & Tadka is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine. I recently visited this restaurant and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by the staff.

We ordered Palak Paneer, Naan and Lassi, and all of them were delicious. The Palak Paneer was creamy and flavorful, and the Naan was perfectly soft and fluffy. The Lassi was a perfect accompaniment to our meal, and it was refreshing and satisfying.

However, what really stood out for me was the excellent service provided by our host, Siddharth. He was extremely attentive and helpful, providing us with recommendations for our meal and ensuring that we had a great dining experience. His knowledge of the menu and his passion for the food made our visit even more enjoyable.
