Tasty and Tender Charcoal Chicken — Restaurant in Melbourne

This man works hard and rarely has a day off. He even has a little child whom is growing while he is away working to feed and clothe him.

Some of the reviewers are cruel and most likely the will complain at every little detail. Maybe they should have a review site and see how they go with perfect strangers bad mouthing them therefore losing employment etc.

About the business...

They make a great charcoal chicken. It was his business that brought me back after another charcoal chicken business served me a half cooked chicken. That was a long time ago and a business in the other side of town.

Their chips are terrific. They are plentiful and with the gravy they were great. To the customers he knows and likes he gives a little extra. Customer service the owner is always nice and I have no problems with him.

To those few bad reviewers such as Barry and Emily, whom seemed only to make a or a few reviews which in succession.... remember karma will hit you one day and bite you squarely in...

I really don't believe in reviews anymore. Of all the customers a business might get, only a small few will give a review, and generally speaking they will only give a review if they have a complaint and so many people write ridiculous reviews either complaining about something irrelevant or they put one star but write how happy they were with everything. So reviews are definitely not reliable.

Now the review. I only ever buy chicken and chips. The food is virtually always delicious. Of the well over 20 visits so far, only a few times the chips were average. The chips are the thin type, and lately there have been yummy crispy chips among the bunch. This place has some very nice tasty food. I enjoy my potato cakes and Chicken Schnitzel Burger every so often. But I always have to ask them for Napkins. Embarrassing!! Anyone would think they are made of gold. Today, I ordered 2 Potato Cakes (had to ask the worker for Napkins). Then after waiting for my well cooked Chicken Schnitzel Burger, the same worker handed it to me without Napkins. For some reason, the lady worker gave me a dirty look.
