Asked what toasties they had available for brekky deal ($3 extra with coffee purchase). Was told cheese and tomato. Agreed and ordered. Was then charged $15 for one coffee with the toastie when should have been $8. Queried the charge and was told they had given me the toastie on sourdough. Told them I didn't ask for sound ought but queried why sourdough attracts an additional $7 charge if I had. The lady rudely tossed the toastie in the bin and threw $7 refund at me and said she would make another. Told them if someone asks for the brekky deal and they choose to give the wrong toastie that charge doesn't get passed on to consumer. When she handed me the new toastie she said 'just for next time the brekky deal is only available until 10am. I told her that's great but it's only 9.14am and she said yes but for next time. I get out and sit down with my kids and the toastie is ham and cheese. Not only did they not tell me that what they were making is ham and cheese but its totally different to the tomato and cheese...

One star is overrated. I’ve been here previously for coffee and food and was unimpressed. Tried again today as tied to the pool. Sign on display prices coffee in range of $5-$6.80 depending on size. Ordered an iced long black and then realised I’d been charged $11.09! I confronted staff and asked how it was $11.09 they said because it’s a cold drink. No disclosure at any point visually or verbally that this was cost. Didn’t improve much when I said I’d have my money back. Staff member said she couldn’t do it. So did her colleague. I continued to insist and they begrudgingly gave me $11 cash. Ridiculous price that well exceeds Melbourne Airport, and staff that choose careers outside of hospitality. I can only hope this business doesn’t survive and a new vendor offers much fairer prices, service with a smile and a place for the community enjoy...

zero customer service on the weekends. They literally ignore people. If you ever want to feel like you are truly inconveniencing someone, just come here on a Saturday morning. no idea what a babychino is. Served one steaming hot, which I pointed out. Got told “no, it’s not hot”… got mad at me when I asked her to add cold milk (cup literally had steam coming out). overpriced, average food. Waited 25 mins for my order, went up to politely ask for an update and got told “it’s coming”.

You guys reallyyyyyyy need to train your staff better. A 30+ minute wait for 2 coffees is ridiculous. The attitude of staff is poor. If they don’t want to be there, perhaps time to find a...
