I don't know if all their bars are the same, but this place was HELLA disappointing. We were there for the Super Bowl on Monday. I'm clearly still bothered by it if I'm writing a review 6 days later haha! Well, I hate paying for bad service. We had no choice but to stay because we didn't want to miss the Super Bowl, otherwise we would have definitely left! So let's begin. AMAZING that they had so many TV's, but I had to ask them to put the volume up like 10 times. IS THIS NOT A SPORTS BAR? Why am I asking to put the volume up so many times? Why was the guy behind the bar putting the volume DOWN? YES I want to watch the BROADCASTING, HOSTS, INTERVIEWS, ADS AND EVERYTHING ABOVE. Why else would I be there 2 hours earlier? On top of it all, what's the point of having that many TV's when the speakers are BAD?? Ridiculous. We asked to use their Wifi to work on our business. (had our laptops). They said NO and that they do not give it to customers. Since when is this a thing? They had a set menu for breakfast that day, which is great. We ordered the 24 chicken wings and they had around 10 flavours to choose from. You think they would split the flavours of 24 wings? (at least 2 flavours?). THEY SAID NO. LOL ok? They don't have tooth picks. Huh? You sell wings and ribs and stuff and don't offer tooth picks? WHY?! We also ordered the wedges. The sour cream and chilli sauce were tiny and wasn't even enough for the wedges served. They then had the AUDACITY to charge us more money for more sauce that they were bloody CHEAP ON in the first place. So yeah, that's about it. Can I get...

Update : No longer does table service One staff member said it was because people eat and run and another said it was covid. Both are poor excuses for a restaurant. Then they brought out our entree and our mains 10 mins later while we were still eating out entree. I asked them specifically not to but they did. They took it back to the kitchen, reheated it and served it again later with one of the meals being completely wrong and another one cold. Manager said bringing mains 10 mins after entrees is normal practice. Food 3/5. Service 0/5. Worst service in Melbourne.

Table next to us was a family and they equally hated the non table service.

Original review: Food was okay quality; wings, burgers are nice but ribs not as good as steakhouses for the same high price.

Customer service not great. They're okay if you use their app inside the restaurant, but if you prefer normal at table customer service, it's not great at all. Takes forever to get someone's attention (seems to be consistent in the reviews), ages for food and drinks to arrive and they get the orders wrong or don't understand their menus. Also brought out our meals at different times so people had to start while others waited for their meals to arrive.

I would suggest they're too reliant on customers serving themselves via an app which is just plain wrong for the prices you pay. Customer service needs to improve...

Had never been there, but wanted to support a local. Called in hours earlier, booked a booth for 4 and was confirmed for 4. Get there, and was told we couldn't have the booth as their policy was we had to have 6 for a booth. I was a little blind sided and we would have happily obliged and taken another seat rather than make it uncomfortable for them and us. However, their reaction when i asked why we werent advised that we didnt qualify for a booth at the time of booking caught me by surprise. Ordinarily, you'd think there would be some kind of empathy, maybe even an apology for any inconvenience caused, it was a mistake to accept it etc etc and we would have taken a seat anywhere. Rather the host made it awkward, didnt own the mistake, were stone cold with an 'is it what it is' approach. After we asked for their name we were told to leave as the male manager flipped and began to swear. We hadnt set out on Sat night to have a confrontation with anyone, we decided to support local and we chose their premises, we just wanted to watch the footy, have a meal and a beer. Respectfully, we left the premises and will never ever ever return again. Ill never support rude people.
