Decent burgers and awesome service.
We had the dirty brisket burger and the pulled smoked lamb burger. The dirty brisket was definitely the winner out of the two. The lamb burger was a bit dry and the balance in flavour needed a little tweaking, but the staff were more than happy to give us some sauce on the side to have with it. Without the sauce I'd give it 2.5/5 and with the extra sauce from the chips I'd give it 3.5/5.
The dirty brisket was substantial and tasted good, but I think it needed a bit more acidity to break through the naughtiness - I think a nice strong gherkin would have really worked well. They do give you a little bit of shredded pickle on the side, but they were very mild in flavour. I'd give the brisket burger a solid 4/5. The chips were very good and were cooked perfectly. At $34 for the dirty brisket burger and chips, I think the price is a bit too high and it needed to be 5/5 to match that price point.

As soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed and were able to choose where we wanted to sit. I didn't even notice a 'mess' (a few crumbs) on the table but a young staff member immediately came over and cleaned the table apologising for the 'mess'. We ordered and whilst we were waiting for our order to be made, they offered us a try of their smoked chicken and corn soup which was amazing. It wasn't just us they also offered other customers a sample as well. It was a short wait food maybe about 15 minutes or so, but I wasn't particularly keeping track of the time. When we received our meals the staff were lovely enough to walk us through and explain different components on the board such as the pickled carrot. Also delicious! My partner ordered the beef ribs which quiet literally fell of the bone. Large serving size also, the elderly gentleman sitting beside us even exclaimed how big the plate was. I myself got the Reuben. Both meals were incredibly tasty and we both rated the meal 10/10.
