This was our first time at the Malvern Zambrero but we have been to many and always the service, food and portions have been great. This evening we were so disappointed with our experience. The female assistant was so rude, irritable and unwelcoming. My daughter ordered the kids meal and when she asked for sour cream on her meal she was told it cost extra as it was a kids meal. Also the portions were very small. The woman kept talking to me in a very rude and dismissive manor. If their customer service remains the same I can not see they will stay open for long. I recently had a really disappointing experience here. While picking up an order for delivery, I was denied access to the restroom. As a driver, I'm often on the road for long hours, and having access to a restroom is a basic necessity. The staff was unsympathetic and made it clear that their policy is to not allow drivers to use the facilities. This lack of consideration is unacceptable. I rely on the support of local businesses to do my job, and it’s disheartening to encounter such inhospitable treatment.
