Merriden offers a handy stopover on the route between Kalgoorlie and Perth, today we enjoyed a lovely surprise in the find of the Dimensions Cafe. The apple pie is surprisingly soft and fluffy with a hint of apple aroma but not too sweet. The salted caramel cheesecake has a texture similar to that of brûlée.
