Merredin French Hot Bread — Restaurant in Merredin

I bought some “plain crossaints”. On trying them, they were cinnamon flavoured - the same dough for hot cross buns, and pretty gross as a crossaint. I went back to let them know, only to be met with a sob story about the company getting the wrong flour. I was informed that they didn’t even know until a customer complained yesterday. So they obviously knew today. Despite this, they still left the ‘plain crossaints’ sign next to the crossaints. When I pointed this out, I was met with disappointing customer service. She got hot under the collar before offering a refund. A refund is all I needed, not a fight....

Great little bakery to pick up a feed. Great value, fresh desserts, hot tasty pies, speedy service and a good range of choices.
