I was in a rush today and noticed Hungry Jacks had a line so it made my decision easy to go to McDonalds as their drive through looked to be free. I pulled up to order (no line and no one to wait on) - waited for ages, didn't get asked my order so assumed their system may not be working. I went to first window and waited for a minute, nobody came so went to the second window. Here I was asked by a young man what my order was, I advised I had been waiting and didn't get served so I came up to the window, the young man advised 'we were trying to sort something else out so that's why we didn't serve you - i can't take your order here, you will have to go back around or come inside'. The attitude and tone I was spoken too in, as well as the lack of solution was very disappointing. As it was I was in a rush hence why I event went for fast food in the first place! Very disappointed in the service and the way I was spoken too. A simple 'let me take your order now' would have sufficed particularly as there was no one behind me. Ordered $60 worth of food, delivered via Ubereats, the double big mac was missing! called the store to very quickly get told not there problem contact Uber. Ordered a single Double big mac and thought I will sort things out with Ubereats in the morning & when I finally got the double big mac there was a patty missing from it!! absolutely disgrace a shop can operate like this! Called the store a second time to explain what had happened and after 5 minutes of waiting I got told they will give me a free double big mac next time im in the area, how does this fix my dinner now?? I honestly wish I could've of given this Mac's a 0 star rating just because of how far this Mac's has fallen over time but obviously... I went up to the front desk to ask a simple question and made eye contact with 2 people and actually said excuse me to the 2nd employee that I made eye contact with and who literally walking infront of me and just got completely ignored, it was extremely rude. I feel like this needs to be addressed, even though you've moved to a full self-service doesn't mean you should loss your customer service service. Might be surprising but not everyone is a Karen who just wants to yell at you, most people just have a simple question that they would like an answers too.
