Red Rooster Mindarie — Restaurant in Mindarie

Utterly disgusted...yet again. Bought a chicken dinner and got home to find the container brimming to the lid with gravy. You couldn't even SEE the peas or potatoes it was that full. My son tells me not to bother critiquing. "They are just stupid kids Mum. Everyone knows that" I had in fact stopped buying from Mindarie RR because every single timein the last year I have had something wrong with my order. He bought this around 8.30pm tonigt as he was buying takeway tonight and knows i cant stand KFC. If I had known he was going to waste his money on RR at Mindarie I would have told him not to bother. That store is getting a really bad rep around the area for its sloppy service delivery. Just sell the store and let someone who has a clue about customer service come in. So how was the dinner? No idea. I threw the revolting...

What and absolute disgrace in a time when many are mindful of hygiene. The men's toilet seemed if it hadn't been cleaned in months, both the urinal, floors and basin. Couldn't find a table which didn't have crumbs and grease on it. Then I received the food, the fried chicken looked great until you bite into it, sizzling hot on the outside and still ice cold in the centre. The chicken roll had strings of vessels in it and was grey and looked like it was left over from last week. I didn't even take a bite. Took it back to the front counter where I was polite in telling them the issues. No one new what to do and I left without even requesting my money back. None of this would pass a health...

We went on Sunday 16th with my partner and son... decided to dine in and have a good look at the menu board as we haven't been in for years, there was a lot of uber eats drivers waiting for orders.. we waited at the counter for 15 mins... 7 cars got served before we got a look in, not once did either of the young ladies acknowledged us or say we are busy we will take your order in 5 mins, there was no interaction... the blonde haired girl stood out the back with her hands on her hips dishing out orders to the young men out the back in the kitchen.. we ended up leaving and went to chicken treat.. very disappointed in the service at Red...
