EDIT We got extremely sick and had the flu with gross green snot gunk for 3 weeks after eating the garlic bread. Absolutely disgusting with trying to pass the blame onto me and directing me to online ordering because your staff failed to take an order from a staff member who was snot snorting so bad- if she was closing the till how was she snorting onions? No it was more than sniffing g- it was funky gunky snot snorting, so please don’t tell me you heard the order- you couldn’t hear anything over her disgusting snot snorting- it wasn’t onions!!!!! The only miscommunication was you not making the order right. Upon your driver calling you of your fault a simple apology would have sufficed- even now, an apology would have sufficed however you are adamant you are right and still can’t accept you stuffed up.
So thank you for making me and my disabled husband extremely sick and then blaming us. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Ordered a garlic pizza bread and a pizza with NO BBQ sauce, add anchovies and add chilli flakes. Not only did my husband say this, I said it and the girl repeated it in between grossly snot sniffing loudly in between words- which to be honest was utterly disgusting and I hope we don’t get sick as she sounded disgustingly sick. We got delivery - only to find out it’s got bbq sauce on it. Quickly ran out to speak to delivery driver who phoned his boss as they are now closed. Boss asked if she repeated the order I said yes we both repeated the order and she did as well (in between gross snot sniffing.) Then the boss turned around and said “well no I heard the conversation and there was no mention of no BBQ sauce and especially because it’s not on the receipt” so effectively calling me a liar. Well actually we heard her taking to the boss and he was far from her as we could hear her shout to him to ask if they could still deliver. So I doubt you heard what was said because you even asked if she repeated the order. You managed to remember the extra toppings but clearly your staff member didn’t do her job properly and then YOU called me the liar!!!
So thanks for letting us pay $46 for a pizza that went in the bin as we NEVER EVER get BBQ sauce on a pizza as we can’t eat it due to dietary restrictions, and it was said...

I don't like that you said I have shared wrong information: I took a photo of our table as soon as we sat down, it says 6.40pm; I have checked the time only because my little one was about to fall asleep on me, it was 7.25pm. My eldest start complaining because she was hungry, 7.30pm that's when my friend came to ask were the pizzas where. I believe you have noticed I have took my girls out multiple times to keep them distracted, we have been called back inside at 7.35pm when the first pizza arrived. 7.45pm all the pizzas were at our table. So, yeah, I correct my first statement by saying that 65 minutes is still a long wait even if the pizza was really good.
We went to Mamma mia for the first time tonight; we have booked a table at 6.30pm,arrived at 6.40pm and they kindly kept the table for us even if we were late. Can't say anything wrong about the pizza itself however, 75 minutes waiting time is too much. I got that Friday night is possibly the busiest night of the week and the staff was preparing a lot of take away orders but still 75 minutes is not acceptable. Not really recommended if you have young children as the dining...
Read moreWas once the family fave for a decent pizza but a recent visit completely changed our mind.
If it wasn't for the good customer service from the two young attendants there I would have easily given this review a single star. That doesn't include the chef though, he wasn't exactly the friendliest and seemed to be busy barking orders at the other two helpers.
The pizzas are nearly always soggy in the middle which in my opinion spoils the experience. When I spoke to the chef about this he didn't take too kindly to my polite suggestions.
Out of the three different chefs that have worked there over the years (that I know of) the current chef would have to be the worst. The original guy in charge there was a friendly Italian chap that knew not only how to make a good pizza but found it effortless to hold a polite and respectful conversation with his diners.
Ohh yeah, some complete bogan hung a burn out right in front of that small pizza shop for no apparent reason. I'd heard later the chef had tried to overcharge a customer who may have also been the hoon. Great sign of what neighbourhood you could be visiting, probably not the most...
