Posh Pizza Merriwa — Restaurant in Western Australia

This place used to be me and my partner's favorite pizza place for a long time, but when I ordered a delivery this evening, not only did the pizza arrive barely warm, but it also didn't have the signature sauce on it that was a major component of the particular flavor I ordered. I initially thought I had been given the wrong order since it didn't even look the same as when I'd had it previously, so I called up and asked what happened and was told the sauce I was inquiring about is "currently unavailable". I'd already waited an hour for the pizza to arrive at that point, and only received an apathetic "sorry about that" from the worker on the other end of the line - not even an offer of credit or any kind of compensation. What I don't understand is: if you don't have all of the ingredients for a certain flavor of pizza, why still have it listed as available to order? Or why not make an effort to contact customers to let them know what will be missing and let them decide if they want to proceed? It's disappointing service, to say the least.

In the end I made my own sauce and ate a couple slices of the room temp pizza which was.. not even as good as Domino's. The quality of the ingredients has definitely declined, and considering I spent $30 - including the delivery fee - for a single, medium pizza that didn't even include everything I paid for, I'm not sure I'll be...

The worst delivery experience. The pizza is NOT worth the 2.5 - 3 HOUR WAIT!!! I placed an order via UberEats at 6:30pm, taking into account that it would be 20-40 minutes for delivery. Posh pizza use their own delivery drivers, so to get an ETA you have to contact the store. We were advised that this would be delivered between 7pm and 7:20pm. As soon as we reached 7:40pm I placed a phone call to the store to let them know our order had not arrived. We were told it would be here soon. Another 35 minutes passed (8:20pm) and I placed another phone call stating that the one pizza and chips we ordered had still not arrived. The lady advised that the delivery person had left 5 minutes ago and we should receive our order shortly. It is now 9:10pm (2 HOURS AND 40 MINUTES POST ORDER) and I am just going to assume that the pizza is not coming. This is absolutely appalling and I will NEVER order anything from Posh Pizza again. After reading all the reviews, I understand that this happens on a very regular occurrence. I just hope that people read the reviews prior to purchase and go elsewhere, or I hope that Posh Pizza actually have a wake up call and sort themselves out, or their business will be dead...

We had previously ordered from Posh Pizza in Palmyra and were excited seeing there was another restaurant in Merriwa.

Ordered via uber eats app. The app stated order would be due to arrive between 6:50 - 7:10pm, a 50 minute wait from when I placed the order.

After a call to the restaurant at 7:40pm, after nil reply to 2 order update requests via uber were unanswered. The phone was answered with "Hello" and no further information provided, made me think I had called the wrong number. I was told me that the pizzas had just been cooked and had left the store "5-8 minutes ago and should be with you soon".

What arrived 15 mins later was two soggy and barely lukewarm pizzas, which were not even cut the entire way through and stuck to the bottom of the box. One of the pizzas had additional ingredients that were requested to be removed on ordering.

The pizzas did taste good, albeit cold.

Extremely poor service and a poor reflection on the Palmyra restaurant. Clearly a consistent issue due to previous reviews which could be improved using actual uber drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
