[Food: 4/5] The food was delicious and well-prepared. [Service: 1/5] Overall, the customer service was extremely poor. The Indian female staff member provided excellent service and handled orders efficiently, but the other staff members were more focused on using their phones or browsing social media at the tables rather than attending to customers. [Pricing Transparency: 0/5] One of the most disappointing aspects was the lack of transparency in pricing. The restaurant charged an additional $1 per menu item for dine-in orders, but this was not disclosed in advance. When I asked for a detailed receipt, they simply wrote down the prices with a pen, which was highly unprofessional and raised concerns about their credibility. [Overall Experience: 2/5] Due to the lack of professionalism and pricing transparency, this experience was highly disappointing. I have no intention of revisiting this restaurant. Best of luck in becoming wealthy.

Favourite local Indian cuisine on the coast. It is so flavoursome & the portions are incredibly generous. I believe the staff are very professional & friendly. The restaurant is clean & tidy, my husband & I love the golden hour sunset it brightens the entire restaurant adds to the atmosphere of our date night. We had mango chicken, lamb korma, prawn with coconut milk curry, keema naan, chicken & cheese naan, Roti, mint sauce, mango lassi, mango ice cream. I’m off to eat left overs for tonight’s dinner woohoo! Keep up the good work you lovely people! Ciao 👏🏽

From Melbourne went to Dora Creek for Easter break. We were recommended this restaurant & it was Amazing food, very friendly service, a small place but very clean. We ordered: Papadum, Roti, Garlic naan, Lamb vindaloo, peanut beef, chilli pickles. All dish was wow Fantastic, it was so good that the next day we ordered take away ( Garlic naan, punjabeez naan, Goat curry, eggplant & potatoes curry). Highly recommend this restaurant not only the food is so good but the owner was so friendly & guiding on some of the dish that we haven't try before.

Not the best Indian food I have tasted. First time I ordered onion bhaji. The bhaji were all loose and fallen into onion bits in the bottom of the bag. The main which was eggplant tasted horrible.

I waited a couple of months before ordering again. Entree was ok and the eggplant was still horrible. I had ordered the same previously and it tasting ok (Minus the bhaji which was different).

I don’t like to give poor reviews. I understand impact on business and business is only human. It’s ok for things to not always be right. I could say that number three might be a charm. But sadly I’m not willing to risk it. Tried it more than once, same results. A local in the area, I now go out of my way to avoid Punjabeez.

Others may have wonderful experiences and that is great. But considering how much it costs for our food, poor experiences. Won’t be...

Months ago, we ordered a delivery from Punjabeez Indian Restaurant to Blue Haven—not exactly local to them. Unluckily, the poor delivery girl got a flat tyre on the way. Honestly, we didn't noticed any delay, but the owner personally called to apologise, which already impressed us.

Fast forward to today—completely out of the blue, the same order was delivered again by their lovely delivery girl as a gesture of goodwill. That level of customer service is something I’ve never experienced before.

On top of that, the food is absolutely delicious. Full of flavour, generous portions, and clearly made with care.

I can’t recommend Punjabeez enough. They truly go above and beyond—both in the kitchen and in how they treat their customers. Give...
