Domino's Pizza Mount Gambier — Restaurant in Mount Gambier

I didn't get everything on the pizza I ordered even though the lady behind the counter checked with me at pickup that all toppings were present. I left the store 5 mins after due pick up time. I decided to retoast and eat half the soggy garlic bread (it's always soggy but was included as part of a deal) first after I arrived home almost 10 minutes later. Consequently, I didn't immediately ring the store to complain after realising the tastelessness of the pizza was because of the missing barbecue sauce. Over the phone I was offered a replacement and delivery of the original pizza order, minus the sides, by the girl, as long as they collected the uneaten portion of the pizza of which there was about 3/4 left.. I was happy with this. Alas.. the manager rang back less than 10 minutes later to say that I would have to pick the pizza up or get a store credit. I said I will just have to get credit because (even though this was my tea) I'm not going out again (and why should I be inconvenienced and pay extra money for fuel on on-top of your overpriced pizzas. You stuffed up the pizza Dominos.. not me!) Perhaps because I sounded a little annoyed the manager proceeded to tell me they wouldn't deliver because I had left it 40 minutes to ring the store back. At this point I regretfully lost it, especially as orders have routinely been stuffed up (about 25 percent of the time.. and that's a conservative estimate) and it was actually 25 minutes between pick up and the call. Like.. why should this even matter?!!!! Attrocious customer service. Mount Gambier Dominos stuff up and then essentially penalise the customer! I suggest if you buy pizzas from here sample each one at the store before you leave. Once you leave the store the stopwatch Nazi is on the case, and will add minutes on for good measure. Better still.. Go up the other end of Commercial St. and get a better pizza from...

I bought 2 Ham and Cheese pizza's with Extra Ham Friday 13th September from Mount Gambier South Australia and was very dissapointed with them. They do not even look like there is Extra Ham at all, they look like they would not even pass as a standard Ham and Cheese Pizza. I will not be buying pizza's from here ever again because I feel like I have been ripped off by this store. Just check the photo added to see what I mean.

I went to Domino's Mount Gambier tonight (17/09/2024) and the manager only said he would replace the pizza's with 2 fresh pizza's but there would be no extra topping as the Pizza's I got before had extra ham already , so I walked out and said that I would be adding this to the review I made. Domino's Pizza Mount Gambier are only interested in money and not customer satifaction. I will not be ordering pizza's from this store ever again as being ripped off by a store that I usually buy from was the last straw for me. I did not rip off the store and yet I got ripped by the store instead. This is not good business in my books. I would not even give any stars if I could but I had to give a star just to be able to post...

I Just wanted to shout out the Mount Gambier store and staff who worked this evening Sunday 11th of Aug.

While I am not particularly fond of pizza, other family members are. However, I must admit that I was very impressed with the Butter Chicken Pizza I ordered tonight. It was truly exceptional and could easily rival some of the best specialty pizza stores in town. We also got a Loaded Supreme and Double Bacon Cheese burger with onion rings, chips and garlic bread it was a perfect spread. The delivery was remarkably fast, and the pizza and sides arrived piping hot. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals and sides. Thank you to the Mount Gambier team for providing us with a delicious and convenient Sunday meal. With take away of all types you never know what to expect hah but we were very happy and I believe they deserve to know whay a great job they are doing.

It was a nice suprise especially not getting fast food/ take away alot and often being left dissapoint...
