I placed an order for a family event on Christmas Eve. I had family visiting from almost all other states and I requested fresh donuts and placed the order almost 3 weeks earlier, expecting orders to be higher around Christmas. I was extremely disappointed when I went in to collect my donuts and my order wasn’t even checked, the woman at the counter just got a box and started collecting the donuts: and they weren’t fresh at all. I could tell they had been wrapped and left over from the day before by the crumbs and sticky marks on the trays. I asked if they were made fresh as requested in my order and was told yes, but they absolutely weren’t fresh, very obvious by the taste and more stale texture they get when they are left a day. They then almost overcharged me by an extra $20 and I realised just before tapping my card.

I bought a box of actual fresh donuts 2 weeks earlier and there is a very clear and obvious difference in the taste and texture.

The older woman her served me was very unfriendly and just seemed annoyed by customers.

I’ve seen been in again and received terrible service from the same woman so it’s desk just her attitude, not suited for customer service and if I wanted to keep buying yesterdays donuts I would have bought them the day before I wanted them.. they don’t sell yesterday made donuts at...

This morning (sunday 20th) in drive thru we received our coffees and as husband tried to place coffee down in drink holder the lid popped off like an explosion and piping hot coffee went all over him. The window had been closed and we waited for someone to come, to ask them for something to clean it up with and the cup to be fixed(something wasn't right with it) the staff didn't come. Can't leave any place that has a dedicated Krispy Kreme store without stopping in at least once. Good variety of donuts available and we were able to get what we wanted. The staff greeted us with a smile. The wait wasn't too long considering we were getting coffee as well and they were pretty busy at the time we were there. Also, being a proper Krispy Kreme store and not just an outlet, if you're there at the right time of day, you can see the donuts being made. Definitely worth the stop if passing...
