I don’t usually write reviews, but I only write it because I think that place can improve. Ordered for the first time on uber eats. Taste of food is awesome. But they lost two stars and I will tell why. First star, because they didn’t provide extra options on uber eats. I was actually going to spend more by ordering chowmein, but I want to order it vegetarian and I didn’t get option to do so. Many things on the online platform is missing so I would love if they make improvements in that. Second star because I think prices are bit too high for the food. Okay I have no idea how much their food cost is, but lets say I ordered curry, I have to pay 2$ extra for chicken, and I didn’t get rice with it so I have to pay 6$ extra for it. Not just that if I am paying all those extras, fine they are giving me good and tasty food, but I believe customers do deserve condiments with it as well, maybe radish pickles and papadums. It is ridiculously expensive on uber eats and I am saying this because other nepalese restaurants do provide these in similar prices. But again, I don’t know how their budget works, but I do think as a customer who sees a good potential in the food, they should...
Read moreI visit this place almost every week to have some good food. Last week, I had a Thakali set, and it was okay. For the VEG Thakali Khana set, the curry is almost always the same.I decided to order extra rice, but the staff had no idea she should come back after a few minutes to check if the customer wanted extra rice or not. I had to wait for her until she came out. Even though I called her, she didn't listen as she was working inside. For the extra portion of rice, the quantity was very low for the price.
Today, the same thing happened. I had to wait for the staff to come out, even though I called her, but she didn't listen to me that I was calling her. I had to request my friend to go near the kitchen and ask for an extra bowl of rice. Dessert was missing today, as the staff said it was finished, but the price was the same, and no alternative or complementary food was given.
What I am trying to say is that the staff should notice if customers want to order more food and offer alternative food or enough portions for missing or unavailable items. It's not good if customers have to go and find the staff in the middle of eating with...
