Hyde Park is a great park in Perth which was boosted a few years ago by the addition of a water play area. The water area is fantastic for the kids and there is plenty of space around for picnic rugs. There is also a decent amount of shade. There is a main play area for children and also a smaller one. The main one had good variety for the children. Toilets are pretty good for a park of this size, but they are only next to the main play area.
