I used to come here semi-regularly for work lunches etc. Tonight I dropped in on the way home from work as it was convenient, only to find part of the order missing when I got home. Not enough in the bag to make do and decided to make the trip back in to have the order corrected. 30 minute drive each way (about an hour total) to ask them to correct the order. The lady on the desk, polite enough, knew what order I was talking about and said “hang on a sec I’ll go and grab it” as if I’m expected to eat hour old food. I calmly told her that I’d like for the meals to be remade fresh as it had been an hour, but some of it we had already taken and did not expect those items again, it would be a waste. It took her a moment to process what I was saying but I couldn’t tell if it was because she couldn’t understand or out of fear of the reaction she would get from who was presumably the manager. I couldn’t make out what was said but the eye-roll was enough for me. When the order was ready the manager(?) called the order out, slapped it on the bench, spun around and walked off. I’m not one to expect much in the way of acknowledgment or apology, but not acknowledging a mistake = no intention of learning from said mistake. On that basis alone I’m unlikely to continue spending my money...

In our order we got crunchy slaw peas chicken, nuggets chips peas and gravy, we had to wait a good 15 mins, the guy at the window did apologise for the wait which was nice. He gave us our order and we werwnt even out the drive before checking our order only to find we were missing the crunchy slaw,gravy amd peas, so straight back into the store only to be told they didnt have any crunchy slaw, this should have been expressed at the order speaker not after..also the peas are well over cooked not your usualy lovely green peas..would have got a better meal from KFC.. pick up ur...
