Only visit if you expect to receive non-existent customer service, burnt croissants and to eat your yoghurt cup with a wooden knife. I wish I took a photo of the blackened croissant that was handed to me.. which I had to take back to show them to say “really?” I am absolutely shocked that it even left the kitchen, we could smell it burning from outside! It was replaced all the same, but come on guys.. No wonder this place is quiet on a Saturday morning? Will not be spending my money here ever again.

Domain Central has a great range of retail outlets and for those wanting a bite to eat or a drink, those are available also, from Hungry Jack's or The Coffee Club. My favourite outlets include Pillow Talk, Rivers, JB Hi-Fi. We have also shopped at Harvey Norman and The Good Guys, Bunnings and Supercheap. Plenty of parking, plus other speciality stores.

Domain Central would definitely have to be my favorite place to go shopping in Townsville. The variety of shops is excellent. It also has a couple of my absolute favorite shops. These include Freddie's fishing and outdoors , BCF and of course Bunnings. If you are after electrical stuff then you are in luck. Joyce Mayne, good guys and JB Hifi should cover any of.your needs. Looking for furniture then you should drop into Harvey Norman, their friendly and helpful staff will help you with whatever you need. Be it a new bed to a new outdoor setting. But don't take my word for it , get down there and have a look around for yourself. Make sure you have plenty of time though because spending half or a full day there is easily done. If that is the case you can drop into coffee club for a coffee and some breakfast. Or if you are there around lunch time then try GYG or Subway. Happy...

JB HI FI THE DOMAIN: The worst CS and sales experience i have ever had. I was told porkies about the capabilities of a gaming headset that we purchased AND the sales girl tried to sell us an Extended Warranty which gave us no more warranty than provided by law. Its now 3 days since i returned the headset(it was completely unsuitable for gaming via console and didnt do ANYTHING the sales girl said it would) and i am still without my money. I contacted the Head Office yesterday and they refused to do anything to remedy their stuff up so im almost $200 out of pocket and sans any headset. If I was basing this review purely off my service from Maddy it would be 5 stars! She’s friendly, professional and most importantly in the coffee world, consistent!! She always makes my frappe exactly how I like it. On the other hand, when there are other staff working I never know what I’m going to get but most of the time it’s a subpar drink.
