I come here quite a bit as it is the closest store to me, but I am disappointed almost every time. I order on the app, and I usually order 15 minutes prior to arriving because despite what the app says, they are always delayed in making it. The team do not acknowledge you if they are doing something else. Recently, I am being notified it is ready, so I go in, only to discover it is not & I am waiting around between 5-10 minutes each time. Today, I go in only to be told they haven't even started making it despite being notified it is ready. Fix the wait times or at least don't tell people their orders are ready when they clearly aren't, I use the app to avoid the wait times not endure them more. I totally get being busy, but when it is recurring like this, there is an underlying issue that needs to be resolved. Food is good...

Was the only customer in the store when I entered only to stand at the counter for quite a few minutes before someone would step away from their conversation behind the cooking station to serve me. Eventually after my order was made it just sat at the end of the counter before someone called my order number only to realise I had made it a meal, went to get fries. Oh wait, got to put fries on. Got told to “just take a seat shouldn’t be much longer” once ready placed on the counter and got a there you go. Not even a sorry for the wait or anything. Not surprisingly it was nice and cold by the time I got home.

I was given 3 drinks, but not the Apple juice. Waited for our food and had to ask for the Apple juice. Once we were home, we realised 1 of the kid's meals didn't have it's fries. I opened my enchilada to see 6 corn chips. So I called to see if that's what I paid the extra $11.30 for. The guy said there should have been a bag of chips. He then informed me that they were busy and what do I want him to do about it. I wasn't driving another 15mins back to the store.
