No where on their sign did it indicate that you had to specifically ask/mention it, i assume they would just put it through. So of course I got charged the normal price. Didn't know until after I paid and got the receipt as the total seemed a bit high (also ordered small chips and drink). Spoke to the young guys working and the one who took my drive thru order continued to argue that I didn't specifically ask for the promo. The fact you didn't specifically ask if I wanted the promo was wrong. Why charge full price to some and not others. It's such a stupid way of doing things. If it's a promo, just put through the promo price! Is it worth pissing off every person that gets charged the normal price just cos they didn't quote your promo? And to further add insult say you 'can't give a refund or change to promo price after putting it through' ? Mate! I wasn't born yesterday and I know how things work. Of course you can refund! At the end the manager finally came out and sorted it out. He didn't seem to know how to do it either and had to get instructed on the phone. Drive thru guy continued to argue with me?? I'm not really sure why? Even after his manager told him not to argue.
