The place itself was very nice and the space was used well. The staff were polite and friendly however when we ordered we were told it would take about 15 minutes, so my wife and I sat down to wait. At this point there was no one else in the restaurant. About 15-20 minutes passed and the woman up front faintly said a name that vaguely sounded like mine before stuffing an order quickly into an insulated bag. The motion was done so quickly that it didn't even look like our order as we had bought a pasta as well and I only saw a pizza. I assumed it wasn't ours. About 25 minutes go by, making it about 40-50 minutes now. And we've moved to sit closer to the front. The woman up front finally came to us and asked if we were name x which was wrong, so we said the correct name to which she pulled a pizza and pasta out of the bag which was now luke warm which had been sitting for nearly half an hour by my best guess. She said sorry though it was very quick and we went about our business. They didn't particularly acknowledge the fact they left our food just sitting for 25 minutes. It seemed odd to us that at no point did they come to check as we had been sitting 3 times as long as they had originally estimated. By the time we arrived home the food was room temperature and frankly a bit over priced for the quality. We would love to come back and see if the food tastes better when it's fresh but at this stage it doesn't seem worth it. I fully understand making a mistake on the name but they weren't busy for the first 35 minutes we were there, it certainly seemed like it wouldn't have been difficult to just check in with us and at least acknowledge the gravity of...

A small local venue within a retail area with plenty of parking. Other businesses such as KFC, McDonalds, Starbucks, fuel station, medical centres etc.

We have gotten pizza take away before, however we decided to dine in for early Saturday evening. My son & I managed to get a table immediately without waiting - however there were already other diners occupying tables.

Venue is casual & we ordered over the counter & paid prior getting our orders. We liked the minimalist feel & clean atmosphere.

We ordered :

Garlic Bread Homemade garlic butter and parsley $12.00

Tartufata Pizza Mozzarella, mushroom, grana padano, and truffle paste $28.00

Carbonara Spaghetti Pasta, bacon, cream, parmesan, black pepper $24

Dishes were delicious & fresh. Servings were also acceptable- filled both of us satisfactorily. Staff was friendly & accommodating although interaction was minimal.

Due to the small number of tables, if you’re planning to go during peak lunch or dinner time it would be best to call ahead & book.

Hard to find Gluten Free pizza let alone one as good as this! Had the dairy free cheese which was surprisingly creamy and tasty. Salad was simple yet almost addictive, but the woodfired base was memorable. My partners margarita pizza looked good and he definitely enjoyed it. Was disappointed to see after we ordered that margaritas are $10 on Monday when ordered online and the server didn't tell us at all as we could have saved ourselves quite a bit on the deal, considering we had spent over $80 there it would have been good customer service to at least inform us of the special as we knew going in we wanted the margarita instead of it being a tiny sign behind the water station. My pizza alone was almost $40 just to meet my allergies so unfortunately I can't make it a regular as much as I'd like to unless they make it as cheap as the regular pizzas but definitely worth the money for a special occasion and will be...
