Amazing team here. I have suffered numerous strokes with most recent leading to partial blindness.

I spend quite a bit of time at FSH and enjoy my coffee and a snack.

The staff here provide high quality professional service with a smile every time I come in.

The coffee is always 👌

Topic- OVERPRICED PACKET FOOD-BADLY PREPARED, SMALL SERVINGS. Carrott cake was dry and not nice. When I approached the staff they told me it comes frozen and defrosts. They offered to warm up my carrott cake (who warms up cream cheese icing!!) or suggested a more recently defrosted piece might be fresher -(what!). Neither of these options made sense so we chose to swap for a cheese toastie - that came as warmed bread with melted cheese. As for the two eggs benny (with salmon) -the poached eggs were nicely done but overall the meal was NOT nice. For $24.50 each we got 2 eggs, 1 piece of soggy 'toast', with some sad wilted spinach, drowned in hollandaise with a slice of salmon lost in there somewhere. The hollandaise tasted like it was from a cheap nasty packet. We feel sick after eating which is ironic given that we are at a hospital where wellness is the prime objective.The coffee was ok but tepid and the hot chocolate was cold. Finally service - staff were approachable. However, on a minor note we were ill advised by counter staff, that adding bacon and salmon were the same price (until we noticed the price when...

Stood in line to order late lunch at 2pm. Half way through giving my order, attendant walked away and returned and said “kitchen closed - you can only order from fridge selection”. I then realised the man in front of me had not ordered - simply left the cafe. I had to return to my table to rethink our choices - much of which did not suit my dietary needs. Cake and coffee - nothing to rave about. We were charged the public holiday surcharge as well. At 2.30 staff began closing up - the cafe was still taking orders. Outdoor Tables & chairs stacked and pushed inside next to customers who were still eating and blocking the thoroughfare of a person in a wheelchair. Her carer had to pull the stack of chairs to one side so that she could get out the door. Watched one attendant washing off dishes and I only hope that these actually went into a dishwasher - as poorly washed. The attendant was rude clearing our plates without asking if we were finished. To cap it off as we were walking out the door at 2.55pm - one of the attendants yelled out “yay” as we were the last to leave. Won’t return ever and do...
