Young fellow that served me was polite and prompt. The store was discusting from bins in the kitchen overflowing,rubbish also scattered over the dirty looking kitchen floor. The dinning area had dirty tables food scraps on a floor that looked like it had not been mopped for a month. Then there were the cold burgers and onion rings due to waiting for chips that were put in to cook after our burgers had been made. The kids working here lack quality leadership from management and it shows in store cleanliness and the quality of food served . And just to top off the dinning experience the manager a older lady probably the oldest fast food manager I've seen was coughing in the kitchen area only occasionally covering her mouth. The whole experience was one of total disappointment and discust . This is a perfect example of how not to manage a fast food franchise. The staff in this store are incredibly rude. My partner ordered a whopper junior and small fries only to be told he needs to eat more than that as he needs more meat on him.

I rang the Manager only to be told,

A. He couldn't imagine his staff saying something like that B. If I contacted head office they would just say "sorry, hope you come back".

If this is how Hungry Jack's treats their customers and complaints then they should be ashamed of themselves.

Ordered my food around 12:40 on the 28th of march, 2025. The person on the ordering speakerphone was unbelievably rude and short. Sounds like someone didn't want to be there today. Very simple online numbers and that seemed like burden.

The person who handed my food looked at me and didn't speak a word. I think the customer service needs a serious revamp at muswellbrook hungry jacks. I work a retail job so I know how it is but this is appalling. KFC down the road has more traffic but can still give me basic customer service skills
