On a Sunday drive thought we would try here for the first time, looked enticing and the greeting was excellent, that soon changed however my wife ordered Blueberry and cream cheese dish to be told they didn't have any left , this was at 11.00 in the morning? so she changed to a French toast concoction, I ordered the Mac and cheese toastie described as delicious, I waited in anticipation of this culinary delight, my wife order arrived and was told to eat whilst still hot, I waited in anticipation of mine, my wife finished her dish, and I waited in anticipation, after waiting sometime, I asked what had happened to be told should have told me earlier that that too was not available, this was some 45 minutes from the start. No apologies, offered a coffee that obviously replaces a meal. There is one cafe in Nairn, this one, my advice either carry onto Woodside for a better selection, or visit Hahndorf where there are lots. This place best avoided to ensure you...

Horrible service, waited an hr and a half for kids toasties. Not even that busy either and plenty of staff around. Very poor management wouldn’t recommend. UPDATE REPLY Thanks for your response, as I thought complete delusion and lack of accountability from a so called manager/owner. For starters we rang and asked if we could arrive early in which we were told yeah no problems. Secondly there was no abuse we stated multiple times that this wasn’t directed at the young woman working on the floor. Thirdly, you weren't even present on the so called “busiest day of the year” judging by your response and lack of responsibility makes complete sense that you would let a 16 year old run the floor by herself without the owner being there on the busiest day of the year.
