Subway — Restaurant in Narrabri

Subway Naabri has completely destroyed any respect I had for the brand. The service here was beyond disgraceful. The staff member working during my visit didn’t acknowledge us at all - no greeting, no smile, no effort whatsoever. Instead, she spent three full minutes wiping a bench while we stood there, ignored and awkward. At least the bench was spotless, which is more than I can say for the rest of the experience.

When she finally decided to serve us, her attitude was appalling. No smile, no personality, and no attempt to make us feel welcome. It was like she actively didn’t want us there. If Subway’s slogan is “Eat Fresh,” this location should rebrand as “Feel Ignored.”

The food was bland and forgettable, but the real cherry on top? The flies buzzing around the store. Hygiene clearly isn’t high on the priority list here, unless you’re a bench, in which case you’ll get all the attention in the world.

This place is an absolute joke and a stain on the Subway name. Save your time, money, and dignity - go somewhere that actually values its customers.

Saturday 15th march at 9:50am. My family and I walked into subway in narrabri. Walked up to the counter where there was no other customers to be served. Thinking we would get served was a mistake. The female worker didn't even acknowledge us for a few minutes then said won't be long. I travel thru narrabri often and this time I decided I'll get some subway, as I have allergies I'm unable to eat processed meat! The lady told me that I was unable to have capsicum on the jaffle and was rude about the fact I said no meat, which I quite often have when i do have subway, this subway must be raking it in to be so rude to their customers and not be flexible like other subways are, I left, so 2 jaffles a drink and some cookies you didn't sell, probably about $15 I save every time I...
