T-Table cafe — Restaurant in Narrabri

Originally rated this 5 stars when previous owner had the business but unfortunately for the new owner she seems to have let the quality slip.

Use to eat here on a regular basis with the food always being fresh and great to eat, but my last visit has left a lot to desire.

Eating with a small child my wife and I like it if the child's food is served first or at the same time as ours but on this last visit our 2 year old had his food served last with it being a fair while after our food was served. Those with children know the frustration this causes with little people.

Service was ok, no specials on the black board even tho the menu mentions blackboard specials and the time it took for our order to be served after being placed was a considerable long period. We understand if its peak hour or it's busy but there were 3 tables used including ours.

The food came with no garnish so looked very bland and plain with my wife likening hers to a dog's breakfast. My meal was missing components but due to waiting so long we just wanted to eat and get out.

On a plus side the coffee was fine and served quickly.

Probably won't go here for breakfast in the future.

For a small out of the cafe located in an alley, the coffee was special. For a melbourneite it was great. This place was recommended by the owner of the motel I stayed at. And thank goodness for that. I've forgotten the name of the coffee brand that was used, damn it, but if I pass by Narrabri again, it's a place I most certainly will have to ...
