Enter through the side door into a modern Cafe with delicious cakes & coffee (I stopped for afternoon tea) and wonderfully friendly service. I even got to sit by the fire on a cold winter’s day, surrounded by olde worlde charm and a pressed tin ceiling! There’s also under cover outdoor seating for warm weather. Great coffee 8.5/10 Good milkshake 9/10 Service seemed to be better towards locals, but was adequate. The old pub that is Hall's is beautiful and it was great to wander around the rooms filled with books, antiques and collectables. Items that took my interest and to be reasonably priced and we picked up a nice LP record to listen to when we get home. The entire venue is spotlessly clean. Prices for our drinks were very reasonable....

An absolutely magic find in Narrandera, enroute to Forbes, we stopped by this historic homestead for a quick lunch today. Wow, tasty as!!! The pesto penne pasta was swimming in a delicious sauce filled with olives and sun-dried tomatoes. The quiche of the day was another top dish, accompanied by a fresh salad. Kiddo's strawberry pancakes were supreme!!! Meals made with love that you can taste....
