Cargo Drive Thru Coffee — Restaurant in New South Wales

This morning, I went to get my coffee and ordered my usual, along with my daughter's iced caramel latte. We were in a long queue, but the lady walking up to cars to take orders was a great time-saver. We moved quickly and reached the payment window, where the lady had our coffees ready, which was great.

However, there was a mix-up. Instead of the iced caramel latte, we received two hot coffees. I politely pointed out the mistake, saying, "Oh, sorry, we ordered an iced caramel latte." The lady asked us to move to the next window.

When I reached the next window, an older lady with blonde hair told me that I needed to be clearer when ordering my coffee. I was in shock; mistakes happen, and I definitely did not make one here. She then accused me, saying I had done this before and needed to order correctly.

I replied, "No, I'm sorry, but I think you have me confused. This is the only time this has happened." She insisted that I was a repeat offender, which left me in total disbelief. I visit this place once a week for a treat, and now I feel I won't be returning after how I was treated for a mistake that...

Coffee is overpriced! Ordered a regular size cappuccino. It was hot and tasty, but the size was small, the lady said this is regular!!! I have had coffee around the world, and this is apparently a new standard in Ourimbah!!! The photo shows for itself. For the price of $5.20! It's NOT recommended. It was too expensive for that size. 5 stars! Very good food and cappuccino, good prices too. Great service and big smiles. And a great concept too! Although it’s meant to be a drive through we sat outside the container and it was pleasant and not too noisy.
