Domino's Pizza Lake Haven — Restaurant in New South Wales

So we thought we would give lake haven one last chance as each time we have ordered things have been missing from the order, completely wrong order has shown up to taking along time for it to be delivered.

Well tonight was no different to any other time. I understand that there might be other deliveries in front of ours and the driver needs to go to multiple locations but it took almost an hour from pizzas leaving the store to getting delivered to us ( watching the tracker).i had to call the store to try and find out where they were.

Finally got the pizzas delivered and inside and pizza was cold, garlic bread was cold and the chicken kickers were cold.

They were cold enough that we had to microwave them to get some heat in them.

I’m not sure what store pick up service is like but delivery has ruined the...

I don’t like online reviews and very rarely leave one, but this place well and truly deserves it. I ordered a greek lamb tzatziki meltzz box and paid extra for chicken to come with it. I also paid for a 600ml drink and Sunday surcharge. I did not get the sides that I ordered and paid for and did not get the drink. I sent a photo and email to the store as I could not find a number and m.jafni responded. He would not refund for the items that they did not deliver and would not refund the Sunday surcharge that I paid on the items that they did not deliver. I was instead offered a voucher for two free sides to be used within 28 days and I had to spend over $22. First it took them two hours for delivery, which I understand happens, but then they stole from me and did not rectify...

I ordered 3 pizzas a garlic bread and a coke to be delivered it took an hour to deliver when im a 5 minute drive from the store it was meant to be delivered 35 to 30 minutes after ordering The pizzas were stone cold the driver must have thought he owned a race car because my pizzas ended up with NO TOPPING it had slid off the base of the pizza and was stuck to the box The garlic bread was BURNT and the pizzas had NO SAUCE the whole meal wasnt edible i spent 50 dollars on food which my dog is barely able to eat I have been trying to call the store since the meal was delivered they hung up on me when i explained the situation and now they are not answering the phone i wouldnt recommend getting dominos from lake...
