Two stars and they are for the 1 girl who was trying to run the drive-thru , the people coming into the shop, packing food running food out to cars, all on her own at 9 a.m. breakfast time! with one other guy cooking that I could see. I didnt see any other staff in the ten to fifteen minutes I waited, along with many other cars.. I felt so sorry for her.. So disgusting that Hungry Jack's leave someone to do so much work. lots of unhappy customers with the lack of staff ... shame on the management commiserations to the poor staff😪... Read moreWent in with a friend and had to wait 10 minutes to be served, another customer walked in and complained about the poor service he received. When we finally got to order our 4 storm ice creams after being told they where out of biscoff flavour we then had to stand and wait another 10 minutes to receive them while 4 staff members all stood around talking about the customer that previously came in and seemed to be mocking him.
Once they where made they where slammed onto the counter and slid and was told yea sorry for the wait we had some issues.
Then once we finally got to eat them realized they just tasted like ice so when I called to explain the whole situation there was no accountability for the staff and there actions and was told the machines are not right and we would have to drive all the way back there for a refund or replacement. Read moreThe last 2 times I've had hungry jacks delivered through menulog I don't have the problem with them because the bags are sealed and not tampered with but I was missing a burger when I ordered the family box on the 17th July 2020. I rang menulog and they gave me a voucher to cover the loss of the burger and delivery fee and had to make another just to get what I ordered in the first place. Obviously the bags aren't checked before they are sealed. Tonight 2nd August 2020 I ordered the big jack and max jack burger meals. I requested that the big jack not have the pickles and onion but they both arrived without the pickles and onions. To top it off the max jack had hardly any lettuce on it with oozing sauce and big jack is about the size of a cheese burger so don't waste your money. Very disappointed.
