Taste wise the flavours/texture were great and the staff friendly. Saturday evening take away rush let them down. I ordered online, it was a fairly big order for my Dads 84th birthday dinner. I let staff know when I arrived and was told that it wasn't quite ready. After a short period of time, I could see a large order packed on a counter top, but it couldn't be mine as they knew I was waiting. After waiting 10-15 mins, I asked how the my order was progressing. The guy found that my order was the big one on the counter the last 5 -10mins, he checked/ counted the order and gave it to me. My partner and I agreed - one of the best Pad Thais we had in a looong time. The portion size was perfectly filling. We ordered a scheduled pick-up and the food was ready on arrival and piping hot. The guy at the till was friendly. My vege Pad Thai had plenty of different veggies! Many places only add carrot, chive and sprouts but here they add a variety and a decent amount of tofu. Wow.. all I can say is wow. These guys absolutely nailed ever aspect of the three dishes we ordered tonight. The taste, the texture, the freshness, the consitancy. I am blown away. The central coast area can often lack on authenticity when it comes to Asian cuisine, however In Thai Style Resturant are legit. I lived in thailand for 10 months last year and this quality of food is what you would expect to receive in only the finest of Bangkok establishments.
