Really disappointing. My family has been going here for years. I ordered a curry and a rice. Went into pick it up. They gave me the wrong meal. I got home and open the bag and realised this. I then drove back to the store and told them. The lady at the counter immediately said to me (it wasn’t me). I just wanted them to give me the food I had ordered (I didn’t really care who had given me the wrong food). They then cooked the food and I left again. I got home and my dad and I started to eat the meal. It was so hot that we both couldn’t eat it. The meal also didn’t taste right. It was fluffy and didn’t taste like it was cooked properly. It didn’t even look like a curry. We both had a few month fulls and put it back in the container. I then called the store and relayed them this information. The lady who was on the phone was dismissive originally trying to put the blame on me that I had ordered the wrong food etc (that it was meant to be scorching hot, even though this was no written in the menu). She originally offered me a store credit but then said I could have my money back (but only for the curry not the rice). It’s ironic she said the rice was fine so I wouldn’t get the money back for them (however you couldn’t eat the meal cause it was so disgusting and the rice was with the curry). She said I could come and pick up the $21.00 when I was in the area or come back in tonight (I had already been in twice).

I would not recommend buying takeout from here as the food is not of good quality and the service...

Worst attempt at ordering food anywhere.. I've never had a business give such terrible, uncaring, rude service. First call they pick up and hang up straight away, then I call back but the line is busy so wait a few minutes to call again - this time they pick up and they say hold the line - waited for 10 minutes which turned into 20 which turned into 30 minutes and no one got back to me at any point. Eventually hung up and called back to which someone picked up as if nothing had happened. Calmly explained that I had just been left on hold for over half an hour and I recieve no apology or kind words at all, all they had were excuses such as "that wasn't me that picked up the phone and did that earlier so I don't know what you want me to say" and then a very sarcastic "sorry darl" and they actually had the nerve to follow up the 'apology' with "so what do you want to order?" and when I told them nothing as I don't give money to people that do that to their customers so unapologetically - she said "well if you're not gonna order...". Horrible service and delusional employees that think people will order no matter how horribly...

I was on a mini roadtrip and this was the closest chinese place that was open. The service was nice when I walked in but unfortunately the food was a little let down. I've been to countless of chinese restaurants and prices here are a little on the expensive side. I ordered the beef and veges. The serving size was generous, however the beef was so chewy that the wooden knife and fork you get for takeaway wouldnt do anything to it. Lucky I had my own metal fork and knife in my car. I also got a wrapped fortune cookie that came with the meal. When you open it, it should be hard but instead it was stale and soft. Who knows how long its been sitting around for. That just summarised...
