JBN Cafe — Restaurant in New South Wales

Located within Park Beach Plaza, this cafe is well set up and seems to be the perfect place to unwind. And major failure we found was the lack of signage to advise that orders are only taken at the counter. We unfortunately had mistaken the level of service here as we waited 12 minutes at our table for our order to be taken.

To order you must attend the counter first which we did and it did not take long before our breakfast arrived. We can't falter the food although you would expect a little more bacon for the money you are charged. The total cost was $25.19 for 1 Cappuccino & Bacon & Eggs.

The cleanliness just stood out making us feel really uncomfortable. The small condiments stand had multiple sources of dried up food spillage along with dirty fingerprints. This is quite alarming when you are exposed to any type of bacteria when consuming foods.

Our advice is with a little extra cleaning tlc and clear signage regard how to order, you would definitely his a five...

My wife and l as usual patronised your Cafe ordered a toasted cheese, ham and tomato sandwich. Unfortunately it was so burnt we had to scrape the burnt crust off the sandwich. On leaving l raised the issue with the fellow at the coffee machine but he showed no interest. It was a busy lunchtime but disappointed in the food and treatment. Perhaps you could explain the food and treatment.

I waited 40minutes before i got the food i ordered and what they brought out was not what i ordered. After an additional 10minutes they brought back my plate that had been microwaved and the toast and food was soggy and gross. The service was poor, and i would go as far as to say this was the worst cafe experience i have ever had. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone. Will not...
