I usually don’t write reviews, but after my experience with this girl at Red Rooster (I believe her name is Aqua?), I felt compelled to speak up.
From the moment I approached the counter, Aqua looked like she would rather be anywhere else on earth. No greeting, no eye contact, just a blank stare and a mumbled “yeah?” when I tried to place my order. I get that hospitality jobs can be tough, but this felt more like a hostage situation than customer service.
She got the order wrong twice and somehow made it feel like my fault. I asked politely if I could get what I actually ordered, and she rolled her eyes so hard I’m surprised they didn’t fall out. No apology, no effort to fix anything properly, just an annoyed shuffle back to the kitchen and a bag practically thrown at me five minutes later.
The food was lukewarm, the chips were soggy, and to top it off, the vibe was just… toxic. Aqua clearly doesn’t want to be there, and honestly, her attitude is so off-putting it ruins the whole Red Rooster experience.
If you care about decent service or even just basic human decency, avoid dealing with Aqua...
Read moreOrdered 5 quater chicken and chips..it was advertised as $5.75 each..waited 20minutes only to relieved 5 separate chips and one box of cut up chicken and to be charged $48.90..when I spoke to the manager she informed me I was charged $9.95 each .when I told her it was all in one box she said she did it because they were to busy to do in the individual boxes and when I asked why I was over charged she stated they do not have the $5.75 quater chicken and chips..yet it's on there app plus advertised on TV.. the chicken was not a quater in size and dry ..totally disgusting experience in service the food and attitude..the manager needs to do her job properly and with less of a do not care approach..will never buy red rooster again..revolting..using false...
Read moreOne out of the two of the workers at this store with blue hair at 2:30pm on a Sunday was incredibly rude she charged everyone who ordered a meal for an upsize as they didn’t have any other available cold drinks and instead of comping off the price of the drink that was not available she insisted it was the only thing she could do while having 4-5 orders on screen she would often go to back of house and talk to the cook or walk around while I understand they were under staffed she barely did any work letting orders go over 20 minutes and was more bothered by her conversation with her team member than doing her job the chips were not salted and served with a side of germs from under her...
