-Setout, Unique, Decorated, strong personality The setout and design of the restaurant was extremely welldone; very inviting and warm with a vibrant and unique decoration that had a strong personality throughout both the indoor and outdoor environments. Whoever designed this restaurant over the years, should be very proud. -Food was prepared fast and extremely well Overall my family ordered a spread of dishes: Savoury Mince, French Toast, Manhattan Omelet, and eggs anystyle. The savoury mince was presented with a dedicated effort, with a well crusted toast, tasty and well portioned mince meat and a poached egg that followed suite, it was an amazing breakfast choice that ate quickly and have nothing negative to comment on. The other meals ordered had consistently glowing reviews attached to them aswell. -Both Cold and Hot beverages were fantastic The Coffee was well presented, fresh and had a bold and pleasant flavour and aroma, that was sincerely better than any other coffee we could've prepared at home or at another Cafe. The English breakfast was presented in a set that cascaded into its separate parts, able to be poured to the customers liking, as well as with the milk (photos attached). Cold smoothies and juices were ordered and mutually enjoyed and well presented. -Service was friendly and professional Our servers were very fast and efficient, as well as our food which was prepared extremely quickly for its stellar quality, it is clear that a very tight ship is run behind the counter that undoubtedly pays off in customer experience. Overall, Malabou Cafe is the best choice in terms of Cafe in the Coffs Harbour area in terms of overall customer satisfaction and experience, in every area this is a remarkable Cafe that is definitely worth choosing over its competition.

Cute and comfy café with heaps of inside and outside seating. Overall I'd be keen to come back to try the rest of the menu! • Beef rendang ($25): delicious - perfect amount of chilli and lovely fork tender meat. Could be improved with more coconut and lemongrass in the curry / coconut rice / roti instead of pappadum. As others have said, the side salad was incredible with a great vinaigrette. Initially I felt it was slightly pricey but the price was reasonable given the portion / sides. Would be nice if the meal could be ordered at a discount without salad / rice / pappadum as it was a bit big for me with everything. • Small coffee ($4.80): it was okay; slightly bitter. • Apple strudel ($9.50): generous amount of fruit. The other sweets on offer were very tempting... Service was super friendly and fast, ordering at the counter. Nice upbeat jazzy background playlist. Lunch menu from 11:45am - 1:45pm. 1% card surcharge.

Walk in and Malabou is better than simply a cafe. It looks nice and has a great decor with a very casual and chic atmosphere. It's super pleasant to catch the morning sun on the patio out the Front. Surrounded by greenery. It feels homely The food has always been good, a simple fare but with a little something you can see and taste. The kitchen can be seen from the front of house and everything looks clean and interesting to boot. It's not a big place and has tables and lower chairs next to low tables for sitting with shirt orders and coffee. The Gents that run the place are nice and happily wear name badges. Adding to the casual and friendly feel. They are great hosts. I have had a few different breakfast items and have been happy every time. The coffee is good. There is an something nice about the place.
