1st time had to wait for for our food (which is fine) but got home and there was a burger missing. Didn’t worry about it.
2nd time we checked to make sure all the food was there which it was lol. Get home no onion rings on my burger which looked like it was still under construction waiting for the missing parts as I had to build the burger myself. (slightly annoying). But the cold chips and 24 dry, cold inedible chicken nuggets really annoyed me. Honestly you have one job!
3rd and finally our dog thanks you for the chicken nuggets and chips. Her happiness is the reason I gave 2 stars and not one.

Read your reviews for drive through as your McDonald’s is the worst drive through in the nation. It has to be the training or all your workers are deaf or hearing impaired because I couldn’t even go out of my way to try and be so hopeless. Every order has been wrong 5/5 times now and they got it wrong from the ordering box to having to wait for my order then having to check again before u leave. Then u get home and the burgers are wrong or missing ingredients. Today I could not take it anymore. After ordering a medium mc chicken meal and a classic Angus burger by itself your staff translated that into a single mc chicken burger so in less than a minute there are 3 items out of 4 missing. So of course we had to wait which is standard. then came out and forgot the drink. Waited again. Then got home and my classic Angus burger just had meat lettuce and mayonnaise. At first I thought they were just all really really stoned but I could drink a carton of beer and a bottle of jack daniels be vomiting and incoherent and still be at least 5 times more aware than your staff in that drive through. I have now chucked out my burger and I have had to drive to the bottle shop to get a 6 pack of beer to deal with the pain of the lump on my head from banging it on the steering wheel so many times. Then on the brick wall when I got home I thought that by bashing myself in the head could dumb me down enough to bring myself to understand or to get to the level of stupidity of your staff. But like a normal human I only got a sore head. So beer it was. Good luck with the experiments u have there I hope they will one day be able to be released into the real...

Pulling up to the drive through with two girls we can see in the window ahead messing around and dancing!, already messing up our order after repeating one item 3 times then jumping onto the same lane both taking our order on the same machine until I said something with no apology. For them to put in the wrong item that we repeated, and ordered 4 chicken wrap meals rather then 4 grilled chicken snack wraps, making it double the price, then yelling to the front of the store to get the manager to fix it, not even letting the packers know they’re switching the wraps so they’re ready when we reach the next window. THEN when we get there we’re asked what our order is, and that we have to go into the waiting bay… sure that’s fine. 10 minutes later they come out asking what are order is again then disappear for another 5 minutes. And when she gets back with our order mind you, before the car next to us that had been waiting twice as long and looked just as disappointed. Are you ready, they forgot my drink, put whipped cream on the frappe when we asked for no whipped cream, half filled both large chips, none of the snack wraps were grilled, nuggets were cold! Burger was cold, I don’t understand what the wait was for when nothing was fresh, she went back to get my lemonade and took too long so I went in to get a spoon to take off the whip cream and grabbed my lemonade at the same time, the guy in front of me came back inside as well cause they left out one of his chips and the second Lady I spoke to about my drink grabbed it from the side, all ready to go, when the first girl was making a new one ? AGAIN NOT ONE APOLOGY !!!
Last time I was there they gave me the completely wrong order and the one time I didn’t check my food at the window I had to go all the way down to the round about outside Bunnings and come back and told them they gave me the completely wrong order, again had to repeat myself and ended up just driving through cause she didn’t understand NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY!!! Didn’t even acknowledged a mistake.

Brianna (blonde hair, black hoodie) was excessively rude when we asked for more sauce on my sundae, which had so little you could barely see it. She yelled at us in an intimidating manor snapping that we needed to pay extra because "as per procedure," they put sauce on the top and bottom (which we later was untrue because there was no sauce on the bottom). We politely explained we were more than happy to pay extra, she then stormed off to get more.
When she returned, she continued with the same intimidating behaviour and told us they actually couldn’t charge us for the sauce this time but made a big deal about needing to order extra in the future. We know how much sauce usually comes with a sundae, and what we got seemed like just a few drops left in the container, it even sounded like the pump was empty when she went to get more.
At the end of the day, this is all over a sundae, and we normally wouldn’t make an issue of it. However, we have never experienced such unprofessional and aggressive behavior at this location. This was completely unacceptable and should...
