Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service
I visited this café today as a returning customer at 12:30 PM. The café doesn’t close until 2:00 PM, so I asked to sit inside to enjoy my food. I was told I couldn’t because the floors had already been mopped. When I explained that it was too cold to sit outside, I was still refused indoor seating with a simple, “Sorry, you can’t sit inside.”
This was very disappointing and, frankly, poor customer service. There was still an hour and a half left before closing time — more than enough time for guests to be seated and enjoy their meals. Cleaning the floors while the café is still open, and then turning away paying customers because of it, shows a lack of consideration for customer experience.

The staff accused me of my dog urinating near their business, a claim that was not true, especially as it took place away from their front doors; obviously, dogs can't help themselves during their walks, but their statement was just out of control. Their public confrontation and the statement that I'm not welcome left me perplexed. It's discouraging to see such a lack of hospitality in the service industry. I told them, based on their aggressive behavior, that I would never return, and in response, they said I am not welcome there because they don't want people like me.
