What a disappointment. Tonight I took my two kids out for dinner also inviting my mum and siblings. Kids eat free Wednesday, why not I thought. Asked the older lady behind the drink bar before my family arrived what my kids could order for the special tonight and the response was ‘as long as they order a main, not the salad or entree’. Didn’t mention anything about the kids menu! Sit down and she comes to take out order..after mentioning that my kids would like to order the cannelloni and parmigiana and would these be considered free if they ordered them, so there wasn’t any confusion. ‘Yes’ STILL NO MENTION OF THE KIDS MENU After saying it a couple more times throughout the conversation I was satisfied that it was just an awesome deal and I understood what she had told me. But get the bill and she had charged us for the main ‘kids’ meals. Lied through her teeth. Trying to act like she had no idea what we were talking about, that she thought we knew that they weren’t kids meals. Then the coward goes and get another staff member to come and talk to us before coming back and blaming it on the young NEW GIRL waitress saying that SHE should have given us a kids menu. SHE never even served us. I hope that poor girl finds a better job. What a scamming low life petty person and all I can say is how I’ll never step foot in...

On arrival to our booking, we were advised that there was a 40 minute wait for food as there was a high volume of takeaways. Our drink and entree orders were taken fairly quickly, but there was a fair wait for food. We were very grateful that our 3 year old's nuggets were brought out even before our entrees as he was very hungry. Cheesy garlic pizza was very garlicky and nice, and we ordered the chorizo and cheese dip that came with pane de casa. So cheesy and tasty. Mains were a meat pizza with generous topping, and a chicken fettuccine with creamy mushroom sauce which was also very tasty. Well worth the wait. We were offered several rounds of drinks while we waited which was nice, and we had choc mud cake and a Mars cheesecake for dessert. Very full, but grateful to have leftovers for our Sunday brekky. Our experience at the restaurant was incredibly disappointing. The older waitress was rude, and when I tried to ask questions, I didn’t even have a menu to order from which I told her. Everyone around us received their meals, while we were treated like we didn’t matter after I made a point of no menu. The pasta I had was not a normal traditional dish, and they even tried to charge us for the dishes that never arrived. The Venue was unpleasant and unprofessional in so many ways.

Overall, our Father's Day experience was terrible, and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We had to repeatedly ask for napkins for our kids, and we inquired several times about the status of our food. When I spoke to the manager on our way out, he was also very rude; there was no apology, no discount, and our kids didn’t even receive their ice creams nor did my partner get his pizza but tried to charge us for it.
