Easy 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Great club, now with the addition of Victor's restaurant! What a winning combination. Located on Yass road in Queanbeyan. This bowls club has been as long as I can remember a Queanbeyan star location. It's a not only an rsl but also a bowls club too. I went for dinner tonight because word on the street, Victor (chef/ owner from Queanbeyan/ Canberra's iconic restaurants, Central Cafe and most recently, Queanbeyan golf club) has opened a new restaurant. Branded as Victor's, inside the Rsl Bowls club! 👏👏👏👏👏 What a hit! It's a breath of fresh air into to bowls club. It's so good to see how them combining with Victor's has changed and affected the club. Become a member. Go have dinner here. Member discounts on drinks make most under $10. Great selction as you'd expect. Having a meal with family or friends... or even by yourself will complete the experience. Victor's know for meal size, cost and consistency of product. He and his team always deliver an unforgettable time. Thanks heaps. Queanbeyan Rsl Bowls and Victor's. We and anyone who tries will be back. Keep up the amazing work
**pictured is half of my dinner lol 😆 I was too keen. It's a medium rare. 500g new York steak. Chips and veg. $39. Cooked...

Whilst it would be good to say that tonight’s meals were as good as those served up on the Coast, our experience proved that they weren’t. The service was fast and efficient, with the meals ready for collection about 5 minutes after the order was placed. However both meals had excessive amounts of oil in the sauce and on the plate, and the meals themselves were only moderately hot. Our biggest complaint was the size of the two steamed rice portions @ $3.50 each, which only just covered our plates. Given that wife is Chinese, and that I can buy her a fully imported 5kg bag of rice for $15.00, the profit margin on what we were served can best be described as extortionate. The fact that the Duty Manager remarked that the majority of complaints being received were always about the dinner meal (with only compliments being received for the lunch time specials) speaks for itself.
Overall a very disappointing experience, particularly after paying $45.00 for 2 x main courses and a half-filled metal...
Read moreWaited over an hour not to eat We were excited to try the new Victor's Bistro after loving the Central Cafe back in the day. We had a large table but excepted the multiple buzzers because it was busy. We had an order with four mains that came higglyty pigglity over the course of an hour. Mine came out first and I finished before my mothers which was the next out. My partner's came out wrong and was told that they would throw some pineapple on top or wait for it be made again. My father's hadn't even started by the time we went up to complain after the hour mark. We told them to cancle the last main and asked for a refund, which would be standard practice. We were given a refund for the last main which didn't come and my partner's but we had to give it back. The food that we get was pretty basic fair, but decent portion sizes. While it was busy, and the staff were green, it's not the best way to set a good example of the experience people can expext. Apart from the bistro, the line to sign in was out the door and the selection at the bar was basic at best. All the staff (apart from the bistro manager) were pleasent under...
