Thai Thyme — Restaurant in New South Wales

Bought pepper chicken and I asked for chilli and cashews added. Cashews were added however barely any chilli. I went up and handed the food back and said there was no chilli, I ordered and paid for another dish and they kept the original dish which I barely touched. Then when my order was ready I asked the boss lady, who is the young Thai lady of my new dish had extra chilli. Then she went off at me saying I should not have ordered my first dish if I wanted chilli. I tried to explain that I had ordered chilli with it and basically none was added. She told me I was wrong, even when the young lady working at the counter took my side. The owner is not good with customers, and decided to have a go at me, even after I ordered a second dish and pid twice! Where is the decency in Thai...

I ordered kingprawn cashew nut yellow noodle, a small order steam rice and two spring rolls last night about 6 pm, I paid $26.5 for all. I was rushing to get home, so I didn't check. I found it was chicken instead of king prawn, when I started dinner, I am not living in Tuggerah, so I had to eat it, same thing happened to me 4-5 times already. I had been to this Thai thyme store in Tuggerah and had very bad experience about it. The food taste horrible, the staff got my order wrong and he got angry with me when I want to change my plate for my previous order, then the Thai women owner, I think she spat on my foods and she gave me evil smile when she hang over . She said eat ur foods with angry voice. Later on I caught her went into women toilet and went out without washing her hands.
