Disgusting customer service. Kept waiting until one staff cleared off and cleaned all tables. Other in kitchen who peered out but didn't come out to serve. Finally gave my order to take away. Tried to give girl the small change so I wouldn't get more change for wallet, girl said she already had the change, she still had till open and didn't have my change in her hand. I told her I wanted a note, she responded gruffly "I've already got your change". I repeated I wanted a note she refused to give me a note. Waited for someone to make my coffee, finally finishing their conversation in kitchen a girl came out. The girl gave me the wrong milk, I repeated skim, she retorted that it wasn't on the order. I told her that I asked for skim, she repeated it wasn't on the order (as if I was lying), I told her I couldn't have full cream it is bad for stomach, she asked "well... do you want this"!? I said no. This shows contempt for customers and that you have no value. Quit the job you girls, you obviously don't like working in that industry. Two...

We waited over an hour for 2 coffees and 2 meals. After 30mins one coffee came out and then waited another 10mins before getting second iced coffee. Coffees were finished before food. One meal arrived which was a bacon and egg roll with hash brown. The roll was cold and hash brown was dry and cardboard like. 15 minutes after first meal arrived we received the second meal which was eggs Benny. Poached eggs were like hard boiled and food was luke warm. Service was slow and not apologetic. Whilst waiting we seen several customers complaining about length of time and taking food back. We also witnessed food sitting on counter waiting to be taken to customer and staff would just walk by several times before getting and taking to customer. Went to this place for lunch the food was nice. Only three staff 1 kitchen 1 serving 1 taking orders a barrister for a 66 seat venue. Was not full. But thought they had gone to catch my fish for lunch. My husband order was wrong the cook came out with the docket and said there was no removal of the chippolato Mayo. My husband does not eat it and asked to take it off along with capsicum. There was no I will take it back. Or sorry our order taker girl had made a mistake.
