WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 15 YRS NOW DUE TO THE I HAVE BEEN TREATED OVER THE 5 DAYS I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYYHING TO DO WITH THEM AGAIN.
I have been with NRMA for over 15yrs have CTP nd FULL Comprehensive Plus car insurance... Whilst i was in QLD i had a car accident nd my cr got classed as a total lose. I had to pay my own way to pick up a hire car that was arranged for me then had to pay a bond on the car. 24hrs later I received a call from NRMA saying my claim had been finalised nd my funds would be into my account within 3-5 business day's so this meant I needed to return the hire car on the Monday due to the weekend. I returned the vehicle as QLD NRMA refused me to be able to have access to the hire car whilst I waited for my funds to hit my account. I had to find my own way from the Brisbane Airport to where I was staying. I now have to wait till the funds hit my account within the next few days so I can arrange to get back to my home state. QLD refuses to assist in anyway. I will NEVER have any sort of policy...
