The Green Galley — Restaurant in New South Wales

I don’t often write reviews however, after reading the last ‘questionable’ review from ‘alleged’ customer. I thought I would share my experience. First things first… Food Excellent menus options. I had the veggie burger. Fantastic flavours and epic size (it was huge and I was famished) Service 10/10 customer service and, very quick from ordering to being served our meal Atmosphere Very friendly staff, warm and welcoming

My partner and I were visiting Coffs for the day and, we stumbled across The Green Valley as we leaving. As my partner is vego, I thought we would struggle for decent vego options, I am pleased to say I was proven wrong.

We greater by a very friendly lady by the name of Nikki (who turned out to be the owner and chef). As it was quite late in the afternoon, Nikki explained that unfortunately the grill had just been cleaned however, she could see what she could do. After deciding we wanted two vego burger Nikki kindly turned the grill back on and cooked up (legit) the BEST vego burger I have ever eaten. I don’t often eat vego burgers but I would eat this one again in a heart beat. Nikki explained it’s her personal recipe and you could tell she knows about flavours.

We will both definitely be eating here again on our next visit to Coffs.

Thank you Nikki and your team and apologies for making you have to clean the grill...

Found this little spot by chance and we got two wraps unfortunately despite good food it was let down by customer service. Our second wrap was forgotten - which we actually heard staff say as they conversed loudly - by this time we already had time to eat our first. The girls seemed to just worry about speaking to each other and need a bit of a lesson about customer service and taking more care when assembling food as there was tomato relish smeared all over the paper wrapping. Tomato relish was forgotten on our other wrap which was ridiculously stuffed with lettuce to the point we couldn’t finish it as there was no other filling. Really unfortunate as there is a lot of potential...

Poor customer service. Girls seemed bothered that their conversation was disturbed. When asked about vegan items, staff responded in a rude manner. Two customers behind us received their items before us and after receiving one sandwich we were told the other sandwich is sold out and we would receive one that was lesser value. No refund offered for the difference in price until asked. What a shame, the cafe itself was very cute, there was an edible garden which our son loved. There was also a bowl for your furry friends to drink from. The food was fresh but unfortunately the staff were a disappointment. Hopefully more training on customer service can...
