Twenty46 — Restaurant in New South Wales

We had breakfast here. Waited for 30minutes and still no one came to our table. I decided to walk to the counter and asked if I could order. The lady behind the counter said that I need to sit down and wait until someone will come and take our order. I explained the we were waiting for a long time now and if I can please order here. The answer was no and I had to sit down and wait longer to order. After 45min. A lady came and finaly we could order our breakfast and coffee. She mentioned that we could wait 20min. For our coffee and 45min. For our food. I told her that we are waiting already for so long and that other people that came after us they had already ordered and have their food. It didnt matter for this (rude) lady. She said that she couldn't do anything about it and didn't even apologise. In meanwhile we were waiting for some water what never arrived either. I asked one of the ladies again for water and she said that it will come in a minute. The water came in when we finished our breakfast and coffee. Very disappointed, unfriendly staff. I expected at least an apology. I understand that it's busy during easter but the quality in service should be better. We had to pay 15% extra because of holiday. Terrible customer service and terrible food.

Had breakfast here on Saturday, 24th December. The young employee at the front greeted us nicely, she mentioned she will be back shortly to get the orders. 20 minutes later we're still waiting, all this time she was just standing at the front. Although she could see us waiting and waving our hand, we were ignored.

I was excited to have the Sage Mushrooms as it sounded delicious. When I received the order, the mushrooms and sweet potato were burnt that it tasted so bitter. I could count the number of mushrooms and potatoes in my dish - Very disappointed with the portion. Also realised after that we were charged more for the sides more than it says on the menu. The only good thing is the hollandaise sauce ordered as a side.

Considered one of the better breakfast places in coffs. All the usuals Eggs hollandaise, shakshuka, the “big breakfast” ….and a vego dish with mushrooms. But if you have dietary restrictions- ther options narrow quickly. if you don’t eat bacon or cheese kransky they’ll happily remove the bacon and the kransky- still charge full price. On the menu both the bacon and smoked salmon are available as extras -$4.50 Ask to SUBSTITUTE. You’ll find out the menu is inflexible. But they’ll happily charge another $4.50 for the smoked salmon. Having removed the bacon and the kransky. Stacking on the coats- Kinda takes the fun and delight out of going out for breakfast.
