We had breakfast here. Waited for 30minutes and still no one came to our table. I decided to walk to the counter and asked if I could order. The lady behind the counter said that I need to sit down and wait until someone will come and take our order. I explained the we were waiting for a long time now and if I can please order here. The answer was no and I had to sit down and wait longer to order. After 45min. A lady came and finaly we could order our breakfast and coffee. She mentioned that we could wait 20min. For our coffee and 45min. For our food. I told her that we are waiting already for so long and that other people that came after us they had already ordered and have their food. It didnt matter for this (rude) lady. She said that she couldn't do anything about it and didn't even apologise. In meanwhile we were waiting for some water what never arrived either. I asked one of the ladies again for water and she said that it will come in a minute. The water came in when we finished our breakfast and coffee. Very disappointed, unfriendly staff. I expected at least an apology. I understand that it's busy during easter but the quality in service should be better. We had to pay 15% extra because of holiday. That's not a big deal but the service could be a little faster, friendlier and more respectful. After we complained we didn't even received an apology. Coffee was good though.
