Park Beach Reserve — Attraction in Coffs Harbour

Lots of homeless people about down there at the moment. Someone was trying to get into people's cars, same dude tried talking to my 5yo neice asked for cigarettes and someone threw a bottle of coke on the back of my car. Made the mistake of taking my neices and nephews here, stayed for 10 mins felt incredibly unsafe, and they've removed half of the playground (probably to deter people sleeping in it) very smashed up car with door missing on the way out won't be going back for a while and definitely not with kids or...

We went there for the food markets this Friday afternoon and it was a great find.

Parking did get a bit tricky for some but we got there early.

Plenty of food trucks, with different options.

Birds sang from the trees while puppies and doggos hung out with their friends.

The place was an eclectic mix of families, couples older folk enjoying wines and people having an afternoon swim.

It's a nice park with an outdoor playground and heaps of grassy space for playing games or having picnics. It also gives you access to Coffs Creek with car parking at the surf club. Coffs Creek is a tidal river that comes in at the bottom end of Park Beach near the surf club. It's a nice calm water area for kids to swim but there can be quite a current in the channel when it's going in and out. A nice area to spend time with family...
